KnowFat! Lifestyle Grille provides great tasting, nutritionally packed food and products to help their customers look good, feel good, and achieve optimal physical and mental performance.

As the franchise was being developed in Fall of 2004, KnowFat! and its president, George Naddaff, got a surprise writeup on the Wall Street Journal. The story was going to be printed the following Monday and they needed a website in three days to capitalize on the positive press coverage. Over the next 72 hours the website was developed that borrowed heavily from the printed materials being developed concurrently. On that monday, thousands of visitors visited the newly launched site and the business development department received hundreds of inquiries regarding franchise opportunities.
