In 2004 KnowFat! was developing its franchise concept to market nationally. They needed an appetizing Franchise Kit that illustrated its business model, market opportunity and operating guidlines for prospective franchise owners. The kit consisted of an 8-panel gussetted folder, a double gatefold brochure, and a series of inserts.
