Thomson Marconi Sonar (Currently Thales Underwater System) was a defense manufacturer specialising in Sonar for Submarines and Surface Ships, as well as Airborne sonar systems, and communications masts and systems for Submarines. In 2001 they needed a new capabilities brochure highlighting its advances in seismic imaging equipment and systems. Produced as a six panel brochure, this piece utilized spot gloss varnishes for the cover photo of the dolphin and interior images of the surface ships as well as spot metallics for the sonar grid pattern.
