PKF Capital Markets Group (PKF-CMG) is a team of experienced hotel real estate professionals with a solid knowledge of hospitality-related real estate investments and financing, both in the U.S. and internationally.

For many of their hotel properties PKF-CMG needed a series of Offering Memorandums, legal documents outlining the objectives, risk and terms of investment involved with the sale of the hotel in question. With those consideration in mind Stimulacra developed a suite of documents optimized for both print and online delivery and leveraging PKF-CMG's vast expertise in the hospitality real estate. The final product showcased the individual properties on the market and presented the financial information in as concise a manner as possible.
